5 Million Step Challenge Completed

To help raise money for Warwickshire Vision Support's services, WVS Martyn Parker has completed his 5 million step challenge.

Martyn, who is visually impaired, completed his challenge at the Warwick Racecourse Park Run on Saturday 4 February 2023. In addition to exceeding his fundraising target of £2,000, Martyn attracted good publicity locally and managed to get a piece on the BBC news website and on local news.

Martyn has been involved with Warwickshire Vision Support for over 30 years.
